Thank you for shopping with Up In Smoke Co.™ This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Most orders ship within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 2 PM may ship the following business day.

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will contact you directly.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We ship using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Customer location

Package weight

Shipping method selected

Orders of $69 or more qualify for free shipping.

Promotional free shipping offers may be available at times.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Shipping confirmation email

Tracking number

Tracking link

Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after shipment.


5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may:

Pay additional shipping to have the order resent, or

Request a refund for the items (original shipping charges are non-refundable)


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a carrier takes possession of a package, they are responsible for delivery.

We will assist customers with resolving delivery issues when possible:

Lost package: Contact us after 10 days from shipment date

Stolen package: File a report with the carrier and provide the case number

Delayed package: Please allow additional time during peak shipping periods

Resolution will follow carrier policies and claim outcomes.


7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Order number

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will replace or refund the item based on availability and review.


8. International Shipping

Up In Smoke Co. currently ships only within the United States.
