Thanks for shopping at Up In Smoke Co.™ We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

You must provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition

❌  We cannot accept returns on:

Used smoking accessories

Opened items

Clearance items

Gift cards

This is for health, safety, and compliance reasons.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Email us within 7 days of delivery

Include:

Your order number

Photos of the damage/issue

We will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability.

You do not need to return damaged items unless we request it.


3. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to your:

Original payment method (Shop Pay, card, PayPal, etc.)

Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was our fault.


4. Returns Process

If your return is approved:

We will provide a return address

You are responsible for return shipping unless item was damaged or incorrect

Items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit

When we receive the item and confirm it is unused and in original condition, we will issue your refund.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled — you may request a return if eligible.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges.

If you want a different product:

Request a return (if eligible)

Place a new order for the item you want
